PRACTICAL, HANDS-ON LEARNING FOR TODAY’S LEADERS

Together we build the self-awareness, communication, and leadership skills people need to perform well in complex, high-pressure environments. Participants start by understanding how their identity, neurodiversity, and work style shape how they show up, make decisions, and interact with others, laying the foundation for sustainable performance.

From there, the focus expands to teams and organizations. Participants learn how to design inclusive, psychologically safe environments, lead clear and effective conversations, and navigate difficult moments with confidence and care. The program emphasizes practical tools, shared language, and real-world practice that translate immediately to day-to-day work.

The program culminates in business and career impact. Participants strengthen their ability to lead through change, influence without authority, communicate up and across the organization, and manage their own growth with intention, connecting more effectively to leadership resulting in better outcomes for both individuals and the organization.

Our 8 Module Structure

  • Build self-awareness around identity, neurodiversity, and work style to understand how you communicate, stay motivated, and perform at your best.

  • Learn practical ways to manage energy, time, and stress in a complex work environment to reduce burnout and sustain performance.

  • Design psychologically safe, inclusive team environments where diverse people can contribute fully and feel a sense of belonging.

  • Develop a practical system for leading clear, adaptive conversations—including coaching and feedback—across power dynamics and preferences.

  • Build confidence handling high-stakes leadership conversations like delegation, performance management, and exits with clarity and care.

  • Clarify your role as a leader, your decision rights, and how to lead people and change effectively within your organization.

  • Strengthen your ability to influence without authority, communicate up and across, and align work to business goals.

Participants learn to diagnose problems with clarity and confidence, build trust quickly across complex stakeholder environments, and lead conversations that create alignment and momentum. 

Through a progression from consulting fundamentals to advanced communication and experience design, they develop the judgment, presence, and systems needed to handle high-stakes moments, influence decisions, and deliver work that clients remember and return for - ultimately deepening relationships, increasing effectiveness, and long-term client value.

  • Grounded in Getting Naked, this session helps participants overcome common consulting fears, show up with credibility, and apply practical diagnostic frameworks to client situations.

    Outcomes: Clearer problem definition, stronger presence, faster client alignment.

  • Using The Trusted Advisor, participants learn how trust is built (and lost), how to adapt to different communication preferences, and how to influence without authority.

    Outcomes: Stronger relationships, increased influence, improved client confidence.

  • Drawing on Good Talk and Radical Candor, this session equips participants to plan and lead high-stakes conversations that create clarity, accountability, and momentum.

    Outcomes: Better meetings, faster decisions, fewer misalignments.

  • Inspired by Unreasonable Hospitality, participants learn how to systematically deliver thoughtful, human-centered moments that elevate service and drive long-term loyalty.

Our 7 Module Structure

  • Let’s assess the current landscape. How clearly and consistently does the leadership team communicate the mission, vision, and values to the organization? Are you in alignment? Where is there room for improvement?

  • We’ll dive into the world of intrinsic and extrinsic motivators to figure out the best way to activate your team.

  • We’ll assess your team's current ability in delivering effective 1:1s and break down the biggest roadblocks toward implementing tighter feedback loops.

  • Do you currently create explicit agreements within your team? Or are you relying more heavily on implicit expectations? We’ll identify the gaps and unlock potential solutions.

  • Here’s where we really dig in to the juicy stuff… We’ll assess how effectively your leaders adapt their communication to different styles or team needs, and identify improvements in emotional intelligence, particularly around self-awareness and awareness of others.

  • We’ll dive into all the ways you can acknowledge and celebrate met agreements, while sharing constructive solutions for effective consequence management.

  • We close out the training by looking ahead and identifying what behaviors you can implement now to make the most significant impact on performance and culture in the coming year.
